Offaly County Registrar - Adjournments Notice - 29/04/2020

The County Registrar Call-over list on the 12th of May 2020 has been adjourned to the 23rd of June 2020

Where cases are settled and require to be struck out, or consents and requests for adjournments need to be ruled, these can be dealt with by e-mail requests from both parties and will be ruled by the County Registrar without the necessity of parties being present

Offaly County Registrar Motions Court on the 18th May 2020 is adjourned to the following dates by direction of the County Registrar.

Civil and Family Law Motions
Where the parties to a Motion have agreed terms in respect of a Motion or have agreed to an adjournment, please e-mail those terms Tullamore Court Office as soon as possible and they will be ruled upon by the County Registrar without the need for the parties to be present (please copy said email to your opposing party)

All Possession matters will be adjourned to the Civil Motions list in Tullamore on 06th July 2020 and on 20th July 2020  in line with agreed moratorium in place. Notification of dates will issue form the Court Office per case.

All Non Possession matters will be adjourned to the Civil Motions on the 15th of June 2020

All Family Law Motions will be adjourned to the Family Law Motions on the 6th of July 2020

Where urgent contested matters arise, the County Registrar will sit by appointment and parties may have to attend.

Case Progressions  
Case progression Lists for the 7th and 21st of May 2020 are adjourned to Thursday 4th June 2020 and Thursday 18th June 2020. Respectively, notification will issue from the Tullamore Court Office per case.

Care Representative applications and Marriage Exemption applications
Applications for the appointment of Care Representatives, or applications for marriage exemptions, subject to the paperwork being in order, will be ruled without the necessity of parties being present
